HISTORY

 

      Greater Praise of Deliverance Church of Worship       

 

 (GPD BABY)

 

Greater Praise of Deliverance Church of Worship was organized

and founded in 2015. God gave Senior Pastor & Founder

Bishop Dr. Tyrone E. Johnson the vision to start this Ministry.

Our first Sunday was March 1, 2015 in which 26 people joined Greater. At Greater "We believe that God Provides Daily".

We prepare our members and leaders to be engaged in ministry

in the present and future church and embrace our community. Greater extends hospitality as a sign of God's inclusive love. We believe the church's mission is to change lives. We work to make transformation possible, but trust in God's grace. This is why we

insist that our church must be a place of worship and learning.

  2. At Greater Praise of Deliverance Church of Worship, our first ministry priority is worship

  4. We believe preaching and teaching the Word of God to be central to discipline believers

  5. We believe in an unchanging message while being committed to ever-changing methodologies

  6. We strive for a “Kingdom Vision” for ministry

  7. We desire to be faithful stewards of God’s gifts to us

  8. We recognize prayer as our power source

  9. We want to do ministry with excellence

  10. We practice “Extra Mile” servant ministry
